Turning Point Home Health Inc. (TPHH) will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, handicap/ disability or income status. No person may be treated unfavorably, excluded from participating in or denied the benefits of any Agency program or activity because of their race, color, national origin, age, sex, handicap/ disability or income status. Agency civil rights and program area specialists must work closely to implement their mutual nondiscrimination program responsibilities. Each Executive Director, Director of Services, Program Director, Home Manager, and Support Staff is responsible for preventing discrimination and ensuring nondiscrimination in all of their programs and activities, whether those programs and activities are federally assisted or not. The Department of Disability & Aging is the delegated authority monitoring this policy.
