MISSION STATEMENT

Our Vision:


We are committed to providing a meaningful life in the community for participants that are intellectual and developmentally disabled (ID/DD) that live semi-independent, and for participants that require 24/7 supported living services that need continuous caregiving and oversight. We accomplish this goal by addressing the needs of those served with the hope we are enriching their lives. Our company partners with participants, families and legal guardians to provide personal care and support services. 

 

Our Mission:


Our mission is to support participants in exercising their freedom to make decisions and preferences, and to give them quality safe care and service in their own environment.

 

  1. We support participants empowerment and informed decision-marking.
  2. We support and assist participants to form and remain connected to natural support networks.
  3. We promote participant dignity and self-worth.
  4. We support person-centered team meetings, which help ensure and promote the participant’s right to choose, inclusion, employment, growth, and privacy.
  5. Our facility will have a restraint-free environment where the use of mechanical restraints, seclusion, manual restraints (including any manner of prone or supine restraint), or chemical restraints are prohibited.
  6. Our facility supports the program goals that all participants:

 

  • Receive person-centered waiver services, which address what is important to and important for the participants.
  • Are safe, healthy and respected in the participant's community.
  • Live in the community with effective, individualized assistance; and
  • Enjoy living and working in the participant's community.

 

We make sure our participants have a satisfactory outcome that leads to relationships, dignity, choice, real contribution, and inclusion in community life.
